Should high-mindedness SA state government amend its inappropriate codes so that where the tier of proof is Beyond Concert party Doubt of Guilt that the cool penalty may be sentenced for bad unprovoked murder because Justice for the Unblemished Victim should be a consideration in the middle of the Purposes of Sentencing?

Should other states and territories similarly amend their illicit codes?
